Well first day back at work since my hospital visit. I feel like crap but I need to get back to work. Spasms are slight but hurt. Pulled a bunch of muscles in my back so its gonna take time I guess. Crap happens.
Dr. asked if I wanted to start another SSRI but im very nervous. Not right now. Enough meds for now. 2 Dex., Lamictal, and Valium. Just need to recover I guess.
